As the CEO of the Steuben County Economic Development Corporation (SCEDC), Isaac spearheads the economic transformation of the county, city, and its towns. His visionary leadership has consistently secured Steuben County's position as one of the "Top 100 Metropolitan Communities". Isaac's strategic acumen, encompassing strategic planning, marketing, and community-building, has played a pivotal role in this sustained success.

His impactful work has been acknowledged through prestigious accolades, including being named an "Emerging Leader of the Year Under 40" by the Angola Area Chamber and receiving the "Forty Under 40" distinction from the Greater Fort Wayne market. Notably, Consultant Connect recognized Isaac as one of the "Top 50 Economic Developers in the USA" in 2020, solidifying his national influence.

Isaac's journey of excellence is fortified by his educational endeavors. He holds an MBA from Defiance College and has completed a range of specialized courses from prestigious institutions such as the International Economic Development Council and Oklahoma University which will ultimately lead to a successful completion of his Certificate of Economic Development Certification (CEcD) hosted by International Economic Development Council (IEDC). Isaac has also successfully lead the SCEDC to become the 2nd Accredited Economic Development Organization (AEDO) in the State of Indiana at the time of designation.
